Tribal women face barriers to economic growth, limiting their financial independence and entrepreneurial success. Our Strength in Her Hands (women empowerment) initiative equips women with business training, funding, and market access, enabling them to build sustainable businesses. Educating One women is equal to educating the whole community. They play a vital role in the success of the community

Our Approach

To empower tribal women to become successful entrepreneurs, create financial independence, and drive community-wide economic growth. Our goal is to train, fund, and support women-led businesses that sustain themselves for generations.

Develop a tribal women entrepreneur association for business networking and mentorship.
Legal & Business Support: Assisting in company registration, tax compliance, and brand development.
Market Access & E-Commerce: Connecting businesses with BuyForTribes and national retailers.
Community Learning Centers: Establishing support hubs where women can continue to refine their skills until they are business-ready.

Goal for 2025-26

Conduct three Women empowerment Campaign programs in different locations.
Assist women in launching their own businesses.
Provide legal registration, marketing, and financial support to at least Ready to go startups.
